1.6 In Love with Bondi Blue

All three of the Stephansdom children aged up this post!

Bondi is a friggin adorable toddler — and I am not the only one in love with him, Lara and Buddy spend so much time paying attention to him compared to the girls as toddlers, although part of that is my fault, Lara was too busy taking after two toddlers and being pregnant to take much care in skilling the twins.

Amethyst and Azure grew into children… Azure has her Mothers hair and Amethyst has her Dad’s ears, poor girl!

They are interesting looking twins, I can’t wait to see what they look like as teenagers, I find thats when you actually get a great idea of what they will be like in the future.  Azure is insane, unlucky and artistic and Amethyst is absent-minded, insane and easily impressed.  Bondi was born with couch potato and genius as traits.

Lara didn’t look like she was having much fun teaching Bondi to talk, but then Bondi laughed and Lara was all smiles from there on out, even pursuing holding and cuddling Bondi on her own.

When Bondi is sleeping and the girls are at school, Lara continues to pursue inventing. Here she made a floor hygienator,  which eventually made the girls sick for standing on it for too long so I got rid of it, donating it to the military when the opportunity came up and making a good chunk of change off of it.

After school, sometimes Azure goes over to a friends house. His name is Gavin, or Gaston or something along those lines.. I think maybe Gilbert? I forget to write these things down. Regardless, she is never amused with him, and usually ends up playing in the bathroom by herself.. always the bathroom.

Meanwhile, Amethyst comes home and usually talks to herself in the Stephansdom bathroom for a couple hours.  Which also usually means that nobody can use the toilet/shower while she is in there (which prompted me to build another bathroom with the money Lara got from the military base).

Lara actually did get stuck out of the only bathroom and peed herself – in the name of honesty (and another -5 points) – heres the picture.

When Buddy gets home from work he usually starts to take care of Bondi, and Lara and I take this opportunity to go to the junkyard and get some scrap after making dinner for the family.

Bondi is just the cutest thing ever!  I bought an easel — I figured if anyone in the family had the inclination to paint I could make some simoleans off of it.

Buddy painted that picture, and another one worth around 500 simoleans – he came into the family with artistic points and he has an artistic trait (I don’t think I’ve ever listed his traits so they are couch potato, over-emotional, eco-friendly, artistic and friendly).

What’s cute is that when Azure isn’t at Gavin/Gaston/Gilbert’s house she paints too (usually instead of doing her homework)

Sometimes Amethyst asks Azure to do homework too, its the only time I ever see Azure studying!

What’s interesting is that neither of them have EVER played tag! Weird right? Anyways, Lara loves little Bondi, and spent a lot of time trying to teach him to walk. Here’s some picspam, cause it was so cute.

Not surprisingly, Bondi’s relationship with both Lara and Buddy is very very good, however the girls don’t like their mother very much.  Amethyst and Lara have a hate for each other and I caught them trying to declare each other nemeses.  Although the girls don’t get along with their mother, they still have a love for Bondi, as does Lara.

At the end of this update, which was five or so sim days, Lara turned into an adult and got pretty excited about it.
